Do you bag the clippings?
Yes. Clippings are placed in your green yard-waste bin. If no green bin is available, the clippings are mulched. You may also request that the clippings be mulched instead of bagged.
Do I need to be home?
No. If gates are unlocked, pets are secured and the lawn is accessible, the visit can be completed while you are away.
Is all of the equipment battery-powered?
Yes. The mower, trimmer and blower are battery-powered. No gas-powered lawn equipment is used on your property.
What happens if it rains?
Wet turf can tear and rut. If conditions are poor, you will be contacted to move the appointment to the next practical opening.
What kinds of fertilizer do you use?
We use premium Scotts fertilizer selected for the type of grass and the season. The specific product and application depend on the lawn and product label.
What is a moisture manager?
A moisture-management treatment is applied periodically to help water move into the soil and reach the root zone more effectively. It is intended to support stronger roots and more efficient irrigation, particularly during dry Southern California conditions. Results depend on soil, irrigation and weather.
